Responsibilities Execute complex repairs and preventative maintenance on mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical systems to ensure high equipment availability. Perform diagnostic evaluations and root cause analysis on robotic manufacturing cells to improve cycle times and reliability. Document maintenance activities and equipment status updates accurately within our digital work order management system. Collaborate with engineering teams to spearhead continuous improvement initiatives and facility upgrades. Debug and calibrate new machinery to support the seamless integration of future production requirements. Utilize precision fabrication tools, including welders and lathes, to create custom parts and perform necessary equipment modifications. Required Skills Proven proficiency in reading and interpreting complex electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints. Strong technical background in low-voltage electrical systems and industrial pneumatic troubleshooting. Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple technical tasks in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to maintaining a safety-first culture and adhering to all industrial compliance standards. Preferred Skills Hands-on experience with industrial robotics programming or maintenance. Advanced knowledge of machining equipment such as drill presses and Bridgeport mills.
