Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to create personalized therapy strategies tailored to the individual needs of clients.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions for clients in a variety of settings, including individual, couple, family, and group sessions.

• Utilize a range of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, ensuring a diverse approach to treatment.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for all clients, fostering an environment of teamwork and shared knowledge.

• Maintain accurate and current clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and integrity in client records.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and training sessions to remain updated on mental health research and treatment methodologies.

Qualifications\n
