Job Title: Precision Microscope Assembler & Rework Specialist Position Overview We are actively seeking meticulous assembly professionals with practical microscope expertise to execute high-precision rework, assembly, and visual quality checks on miniature components. Success in this role demands exceptional fine motor control, stellar hand-eye coordination, steadfast patience, and the stamina to maintain strict concentration during prolonged magnification work. Core Responsibilities Execute intricate rework on micro-components utilizing a dedicated microscope station. Employ tweezers and specialized hand tools to carefully extract compromised parts and precisely seat replacements. Maneuver delicate, miniature items safely to prevent product damage during all phases of assembly. Conduct rigorous visual inspections to differentiate between compliant and non-compliant parts. Administer foundational quality assurance on your own output, independently identifying when further rework is necessary. Adhere strictly to documented production procedures and established quality benchmarks. Sustain high precision and uniform quality across repetitive, meticulous tasks. Partner effectively with peers in both production and quality assurance to meet operational goals. Required Qualifications Proven, hands-on experience utilizing microscopes in a professional or manufacturing setting. Demonstrated history of handling, inspecting, and reworking micro-components under magnification. Superior hand-eye coordination and advanced fine motor capabilities. Adeptness in manipulating tweezers and other high-precision hand tools. Capacity to remain seated and operate under a microscope for the majority of the workday. Unwavering attention to detail coupled with a steadfast commitment to quality control. Aptitude for rapidly absorbing training criteria to distinguish acceptable parts from defects. Mental stamina to sustain accuracy and focus during repetitive, fine-scale operations. Preferred Background Candidates bringing experience from one or more of the following industries will be given strong preference: Surface-Mount Technology (SMT) or general electronics assembly and rework. Printed Circuit Board (PCB) assembly and component-level repair. Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) facilities.
