Production Worker / Assembler (Entry-Level)

Location: Redmond, WA

Pay: $25.13/hr + Overtime (1.5x Pay)

Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 5:00 AM - 4:00 PM + Overtime Available on Fridays

We're hiring Production Workers, Assemblers, Manufacturing Associates, and Production Associates for a growing production team in Redmond, WA. No prior manufacturing experience is required. Paid training is provided, and there are opportunities to advance into higher-level assembly and production roles.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products, components, and sub-assemblies
• Use hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic tools
• Follow work instructions and quality standards
• Rotate between assembly and production workstations
• Read measurements and complete basic production documentation
• Inspect products and identify quality concerns
• Maintain a safe and organized work area
• Support production goals and team objectives

Qualifications

Required:

• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills

Preferred:

• Assembly, manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience
• Experience using hand tools, pneumatic tools, or power tools
• Mechanical aptitude or experience working with equipment

Work Environment

Manufacturing and warehouse environment with active production operations. Employees are required to wear PPE, including safety glasses, hearing protection, and steel-toe boots. This role involves standing, walking, lifting, and performing hands-on assembly work throughout the shift.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $25.13 - $25.13/hr.
