Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. You will collaborate closely with a team of professionals dedicated to mental health care and will participate in regular training and supervision sessions via video conferences. Our operational hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ensuring a structured schedule that promotes efficiency and client engagement while also respecting your personal time.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions using various telehealth platforms, ensuring a comfortable and safe environment for clients.

• Apply a goal-oriented and solution-based approach to therapy, tailoring interventions to meet the specific needs and circumstances of each client.

• Utilize effective therapeutic techniques, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness strategies, to assist clients in overcoming mental health challenges.

• Document client progress and treatment plans accurately in our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards.

• Participate in case consultations and collaborative care meetings to provide integrated support to clients alongside other health care professionals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be serving a wide range of clients, including adolescents, adults, and families, who face various issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in helping these individuals navigate their emotional landscapes and achieve greater mental wellness. By providing tailored support, you will empower clients to develop effective coping strategies and foster resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current, active LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC license in California, allowing the provision of therapy services.

• Proficiency in using virtual therapy tools and platforms, ensuring a seamless client experience.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of previous experience in a clinical setting, providing therapy to diverse populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 – 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
