About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to the CEO to play a pivotal role in the organization's national growth and expansion. The successful candidate will be a strategic partner, acting as a trusted advisor to the CEO on company strategy, organizational priorities, and executive decision-making. This is a hands-on, high-impact position that requires a leader with a proven track record in driving complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives and a strong background in executive and Board-level support. The Chief of Staff will be responsible for modernizing the operating model, ensuring operational excellence, and leading enterprise-wide initiatives across various functions. The role demands exceptional communication skills, the ability to influence senior leaders, and a commitment to the mission of the company. Applicants for the Chief of Staff role at the company should have at least 8 years of experience, with a mix of consulting, investment banking, private equity, corporate strategy, and operational or Chief of Staff roles in high-growth organizations. A Bachelor's degree is required, with an MBA or advanced degree being a plus. The ideal candidate will have a background in healthcare, digital health, or a highly regulated industry, and experience in a high-growth startup or scaling organization. Key qualifications include outstanding strategic thinking, business judgment, and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong program management background. The role also requires high emotional intelligence, the ability to operate in ambiguity, and a passion for using AI and emerging technologies to enhance organizational effectiveness.
