About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief of Staff to the CEO, a pivotal role that demands a seasoned professional with a strong background in strategic planning, organizational design, and cross-functional program management. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and running the board process, leadership team operating process, and organizational accountability systems. This includes preparing for and following through on board meetings, designing and implementing the leadership team's operating rhythm, and ensuring that all commitments made by the CEO are tracked and resolved. The Chief of Staff will also be involved in CEO preparation for external engagements, and will represent the CEO with various stakeholders. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of senior management experience, with a proven track record of building organizational systems from the ground up. The role requires a mission-driven individual with a genuine passion for the company's focus on clean, reliable energy. The ideal candidate will have executive presence, be politically skilled, and possess the ability to hold decisions steady and communicate directly.
