About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff for OEM Enablement. This pivotal role is the central point of contact for both business and technical aspects of the engineering enablement organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, driving strategic initiatives, and serving as a trusted advisor to the Corporate Vice President and their staff. Key responsibilities include facilitating weekly staff and operations meetings, coordinating corporate deliverables, and partnering with HR on internal communications. The role also involves collaboration with business partners in finance, legal, and procurement to achieve strategic goals, as well as managing long-range planning and budget targets. The ideal candidate for this role at the company is a proactive and execution-focused leader with a background in technical team or project leadership. Experience in people leadership within the hi-tech industry, particularly with a focus on product development for CSPs or OEMs, is highly valued. The role requires a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in engineering, and a PMP and/or MBA is preferred. The Chief of Staff will be expected to have a proactive and results-focused approach to problem-solving, excellent communication skills, and the ability to foster a cohesive team and a strong network of business partners. The position demands an individual who is action and results-oriented, with the ability to make quick decisions and is adept at influencing for results in a matrixed environment.
