About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to the President, a key role that involves serving as a trusted advisor and thought partner to the President. The successful candidate will be instrumental in advancing the President's vision, driving institutional priorities, and ensuring strategic alignment and execution across the university. This position is particularly significant as the institution is undergoing a period of innovation and change, with a new President set to lead the university. The Chief of Staff will be a member of the President's Roundtable and Senior Leadership Team, providing counsel on strategic matters, and will be responsible for protecting, promoting, and advancing the President's vision and priorities.
