Job Summary:CustomerCare Coordinator As aCustomerCare Coordinator, you will work closely withcustomers and team members to accurately and efficiently define, schedule, and coordinate eachcustomers move. This role is responsible for ensuring exceptionalcustomercare at our Jacksonville Florida locationby maintaining clear communication, providing a high level of support, and delivering the qualityserviceourcustomers expect. Your mission is to help ensure everycustomerexperiences the Stewart standard of careultimatelyBringing you home. Daily Responsibilities & Duties Communicate withcustomersto confirm move details and schedule crew arrival times.Maintain and organize job folders, ensuring all paperwork is complete, accurate, and compliant with required procedures. Verify that all necessary documents have been received from thecustomer.Act as the primary liaisonbetween Stewart Moving & Storage, the relocatingcustomer, and any assigned carriers (as applicable), ensuring clear, ongoing communication throughout the move to deliver an exceptionalcustomercare experience.Identify and escalate issues promptlyby notifying theCustomerServiceManager so that concerns can be resolved quickly and effectively. Coordinate requiredserviceswith appropriate vendors, and maintain open communication with all parties involvedincluding origin agents, hauling agents, destination agents, third-party providers, dispatchers and driversto ensure they are fully prepared and informed. Manage workload independently, demonstrating the ability to prioritize tasks, multitask efficiently, and achieve objectives without direct supervision.Handle and resolve recurring calls and issues, ensuring consistent, high-quality support forcustomers and team members.
