As a CBRE Property Manager, you will be responsible for supervising the team responsible for all operational and financial activities of a single property or small portfolio of properties. This job is within the Property Management job function. They are responsible for operating buildings on behalf of a client or group.

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Active and valid California Real Estate License is required
• Prior commercial office property management experience is strongly preferred
• Possession of industry designations such as Certified Property Manager (CPM®) or Real Property Administrator (RPA®) is preferred
• Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.
• Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job and department
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Property Manager position is $115,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Property Manager position is $125,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.
