This full-time position offers the flexibility of a hybrid remote work environment. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct one-on-one video counseling sessions with clients to discuss their mental health challenges, therapeutic needs, and personal growth goals.

• Perform comprehensive assessments to identify clients' psychological, emotional, and social needs, using evidence-based frameworks.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that include specific therapeutic interventions, regularly reviewing and adjusting these plans to reflect clients' progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will primarily work with clients facing chronic illnesses, complex psychological issues, and end-of-life challenges within a hospice care framework. Compensation and Benefits\n
