About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Sales for the West Coast region. This senior leadership role is pivotal in driving business development and sales strategy, with a strong emphasis on new client acquisition. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team, building and implementing scalable sales processes, and nurturing relationships with senior-level clients. The role demands a leader who can not only identify and close large contract opportunities but also ensure the successful transition and retention of clients in partnership with operations and other senior leaders. Candidates for the Vice President of Sales position must have a background in contract services, specifically in food service or integrated facilities management, and a proven track record in winning new business and leading high-performing teams. The role requires a leader with strong commercial and financial acumen, excellent presentation skills, and the ability to analyze market opportunities for continued growth. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with significant travel and must be based within easy access of a major metropolitan airport. Responsibilities also include representing the organization at industry events and major presentations, as well as tracking sales performance and key commercial KPIs.
