Accounts Receivable Specialist

The Accounts Receivable Specialist and Staff Accountant will play a key role in managing customer accounts, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting the company's financial operations. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a collaborative environment and gain exposure to a variety of accounting functions within a growing organization.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage customer accounts, including invoicing and payment processing
- Perform bookkeeping tasks and maintain the general ledger
- Assist with period-end and year-end closing activities
- Support financial data analysis projects to inform business decisions
- Collaborate with other members of the finance team to ensure accuracy and compliance in all accounting processes
Qualifications
- Professional experience in accounts receivable, bookkeeping, or general accounting
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to analyze financial data and identify trends
- Experience with period-end and year-end closing processes is a plus
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
