Description:

Mercedes Benz of Burlington, part of the Lyon-Waugh Auto Group , is searching for an energetic, goal-orientated, leader to fill our Service Drive Coordinator role. If you are passionate about customer service and looking to continue your professional growth in the luxury automotive industry, we are the company for you!

Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:30am-3:30pm

Pay Rate: $25/hr.

What you will do:

Maintain customer service drive
Asist with the check in/out process of vehicles
Maintain & stock service area
Assist in the organization and maintenance of the vehicle lot
Coordinate with the Business Development team for vehicle pick ups
Oversee loaner vehicle inventory & maintenance of the loaner vehicles
Assist service manager in the supervision and training of valets
Any other tasks assigned by the management team

Requirements:

Minimum 18 years old
Valid driver's license in good standings with a clean driving record

Our Ideal Candidate will also possess:

Minimum 1-year automotive experience
Supervisor experience a plus
Demonstrate professionalism, collaboration and a positive attitude in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors
Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
Ability to drive a standard a plus
Ability to train and lead employees in a positive and professional manner
Ability to pass all pre-employment screenings
