Portfolio Link (if applicable) Careers Associate Project Manager We’re looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Associate Project Manager to help drive successful project execution across our creative, account, strategy, and performance teams. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complex projects, solving problems before they become roadblocks, and helping teams do their best work. The right person is an independent thinker who takes ownership, asks thoughtful questions, and looks for ways to improve how we work. You’ll collaborate with talented teams across disciplines, gain exposure to digital marketing strategy and client work, and play an important role in keeping projects organized, efficient, and moving forward. Role & Responsibility Partner with Account Managers, Performance Teams, and internal stakeholders to support project planning, execution, and delivery Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, task ownership, and key milestones to keep work on track Manage project workflows within Wrike, ensuring tasks move efficiently from kickoff through completion Maintain visibility into team availability, project priorities, deadlines, and potential resource constraints Coordinate across creative, strategy, media, and development teams to ensure alignment and timely execution Review project progress and proactively identify risks, blockers, or opportunities to improve outcomes Ensure project deliverables are completed accurately, reviewed appropriately, and meet client expectations Facilitate weekly status meetings, capture action items, and help teams stay accountable Serve as a resource for workflow questions and help teams navigate processes effectively Support process improvements by identifying opportunities to increase efficiency, communication, and collaboration Assist with freelancer coordination and resource planning as needed If you’re right for the role, you will… Have 1-3 years of project coordination or project management experience , ideally within an advertising, marketing, digital, or creative environment Have experience using project management tools such as Wrike, Asana, Monday.com, Jira, or similar platforms Be highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities Be a proactive problem solver who enjoys taking initiative and finding solutions Be comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams Have strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships across different teams Bring a positive, “can-do” attitude and enjoy being part of a fun, fast-paced, growing company Be curious, adaptable, and willing to learn new skills and processes Have a basic understanding of digital marketing strategies, creative workflows, or client services Hold a bachelor’s degree in a related field or have equivalent professional experience Benefits Generous Flexibility and Time Off Competitive Health Insurance 2% Retirement Fund Contribution Mini-Sabbaticals About Native Native Digital is a hybrid team of creatives and marketing strategists obsessed with solving our clients’ challenges.
