Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to accurately determine clients' mental health status and needs.

• Provide individual therapy to adult clients, utilizing evidence-based practices and solution-focused methodologies.

• Engage with clients using teletherapy platforms for virtual sessions, ensuring they receive timely and effective treatment.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually is commensurate with caseload and experience.
