As an hourly General Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring excellent customer service, managing the store team, and achieving business targets. This hourly position will manage one of our emerging locations with annual insides sales less than $900k. You will create a positive and productive work environment, while maintaining the store's visual appeal and upholding company standards.
