Position: Speech Language Pathologist - Lead Therapist Location: Homewood, IL Job Id: 320 # of Openings: 1 What You'll Do: Mentor and develop SLPs across a variety of pediatric settings Serve as a clinical expert —problem-solving, reviewing complex cases, and driving outcomes Deliver direct pediatric speech therapy services across multiple environments Collaborate with management to improve clinical standards and program development Lead with confidence, curiosity, and compassion Be an exceptional role model for all team members Create the kind of mentorship experience every therapist hopes to receive in their own career Contribute to a culture focused on growth, support and excellence What You WON'T Do: Deal with payroll, annual reviews, PTO scheduling, or disciplinary action— that's for the Managers to deal with! Qualifications: Active Illinois and/or Indiana Speech Language Pathologist License 2+ years of pediatric speech therapy experience across a variety of pediatric settings Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) Demonstrated strength in team mentorship, and clinical communication A passion for helping clinicians develop and grow—and helping kids thrive Adaptable, solution-focused, and team-oriented mindset Confidence in your craft.
