B2B Sales Associate ~ Manager

• Salary : $55,000 – $60,000 / year (Manager position salary is negotiable based on experience)

• Experience Level: Entry to Mid-Level (0–1 years for Associate; flexible for Manager )

[Job Description / Key Responsibilities]

• Develop and manage B2B sales opportunities for power and energy infrastructure equipment.

• Identify prospective customers and develop new business opportunities.

• Prepare quotations and proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and coordinate purchase orders.

• Communicate and coordinate closely with customers, manufacturers, and the company’s headquarters.

• Participate in customer meetings and business travel as required.

• Support other sales and project execution activities as needed.

[Qualifications]

• Fluent business-level English and basic Korean communication skills.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.

• Detail-oriented, responsible, and highly dependable.

• Valid driver’s license.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

[Preferred Qualifications]

• Experience in B2B industrial, technical, or equipment sales.

• Experience in the electrical equipment or energy infrastructure industry.

• Experience with project-based quotations, contract negotiations, order execution, or project coordination.
