Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop customized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and circumstances.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, to clients of all ages.

• Engage in individual, group, and family therapy sessions, adapting your approach according to the specific needs of the clients involved.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with state regulations.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including social workers and psychologists, to develop comprehensive care strategies that promote optimal client outcomes.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to stay informed of the latest advancements in mental health care and best practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• An active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) licensure in the state of Tennessee is required.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to establish rapport with clients and effectively collaborate with team members.

• Demonstrated proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) software and relevant technologies for documentation and client management.

• Competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $90,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and client caseload.
