We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Receiving Associate to join our fast-paced team. In this role, you will review customer orders, accurately enter them into our shipping system, and ensure each shipment is prepared, processed, and delivered on time. You'll also work closely with our sales team, providing daily updates on order status to help keep our clients informed and satisfied. This position will be fully on-site. Hours: 6am to 2:30pm Days: Monday-Friday Job Requirements:

• Verify incoming materials and parts against consignment or purchase records to ensure accuracy.
• Inspect packages for damage, safely move items to designated internal workstations for metal finishing, and keep accurate digital records.
• Checking incoming shipments against purchase orders, packing slips, and supplier certificates to verify part numbers, quantities, and condition.
• Accurately entering receiving data, generating barcodes, and tracking items in software systems
• Track outgoing shipments and resolve delivery issues when needed.
• Maintain daily communication with the sales team regarding order status and completion updates.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a manufacturing or aerospace environment
• 2+ years of shipping or logistics experience (preferred)
• Bilingual: Spanish (preferred)
