Job Details Job Location: Ron Jaworski Golf Enterprises LLC - Mount Laurel, NJ 08054 Position Type: Full Time Salary Range: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 Salary/year Job Category: Accounting We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to manage payroll processes for our clubs across three states. The ideal candidate will have strong payroll processing experience, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for ensuring accurate and timely payroll distribution. The Payroll Specialist provides administrative and operational support to the payroll function to ensure accurate, timely payroll processing and compliance. This role supports payroll reporting and analytics, benefits invoicing, recordkeeping, and day-to-day clerical duties. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is REQUIRED for this role. What We Offer Opportunities for Growth within the Organization Employee Golf Privileges Chef Prepared Shift Meals at No Cost to Employees Ongoing Country Club/Hospitality Training and Experience Employee Discounts Key Responsibilities Payroll Support & Processing Review and verify timecards, attendance records, and payroll data for accuracy Enter payroll adjustments, bonuses, and commissions as needed Support payroll audits and reconciliation efforts Respond to employee payroll inquiries with professionalism and discretion Communicate with Operations Managers at multiple properties Reporting & Analytics Generate standard and ad-hoc payroll reports Assist with payroll data analysis, trend tracking, and metrics reporting Maintain payroll dashboards and summary reports for leadership Benefits Assist in reconciling monthly benefits invoices and resolve discrepancies Assist with benefit premium tracking and vendor payments Assist in preparing documentation for plan audits and regulatory filings Compliance & Recordkeeping Scan, file, and organize payroll and benefits documentation Support internal and external audits Administrative & Clerical Support Perform data entry, document scanning, filing, and record maintenance Prepare payroll-related correspondence and communications Track deadlines and maintain compliance calendars Provide general administrative support to HR Communicate with Operations Managers at multiple properties Customer Service Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism Qualifications Required High school diploma or equivalent (associate’s degree preferred) 5+ years of payroll or HR administrative experience Knowledge of payroll processes and compliance requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong customer service and communication skills Preferred Experience with multi-state payroll Familiarity with HRIS and payroll platforms (PAYCOM preferred) Understanding of wage and hour laws Skills & Competencies High level of confidentiality and integrity Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Team-oriented with a service mindset Process-improvement mindset Work Environment Office-based role Standard business hours #J-18808-Ljbffr
