Global Accounts Director

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and strategic Global Accounts Director to lead and grow our relationships with key global clients. This role will focus on driving revenue growth, fostering long‑term partnerships, and delivering tailored technology solutions to meet the unique needs of our enterprise accounts. The ideal candidate is a seasoned sales leader with a deep understanding of technology solutions, exceptional relationship‑building skills, and a proven track record of managing high‑value global accounts. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets across global markets. Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting relationships with C‑level executives and key stakeholders at enterprise clients. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and technology partners (product, engineering, marketing, and support) to deliver customized technology solutions that align with client needs. Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and expand our footprint in key verticals. Lead contract negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with company goals. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to inform strategic decisions and maintain a competitive edge. Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance metrics to senior leadership. Mentor and guide Client Executives to foster a high‑performing team culture. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. 10+ years of experience in technology sales or account management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing global accounts. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets with enterprise‑level clients. Deep understanding of infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, AI, and networking. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage C‑suite executives. Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate client needs into actionable solutions. Experience working in a global, cross‑cultural environment. Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
