Marketing Specialist

Detail-oriented and creative, the full-time Marketing Specialist will support the Aerospace & Defense sector by managing event logistics, developing executive presentations, and overseeing marketing operations in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Coordinate planning and execution of industry trade shows, conferences, and internal events, managing logistics and vendor relationships Develop and refine executive presentations in collaboration with senior A&D executives, ensuring brand compliance and effective messaging Manage marketing operations, including merchandise inventory, collateral management, and asset systems for branded materials Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field 2-4 years of experience in marketing, events, or communications, preferably in a B2B or defense/aerospace environment Demonstrated experience in planning and executing professional events or trade show participation Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating high-quality presentations Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
