Growth Manager

PointStory is a boutique eCommerce consultancy specializing in providing innovative solutions for businesses worldwide. We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Growth Manager to join our team. As a Growth Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our business expansion efforts and ensuring our continued success. Responsibilities: Generate new business: Identify and pursue opportunities to acquire new clients and drive revenue growth for PointStory. Develop growth strategies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective growth strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives. Lead sales initiatives: Take charge of the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals, while maintaining strong relationships with clients. Conduct market research: Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify potential business opportunities. Analyze data: Utilize data analytics tools to track and evaluate sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize strategies. Collaborate with teams: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align growth initiatives with product development and marketing efforts. Requirements and Qualifications: Experience in B2B sales: Proven track record of success in B2B sales, demonstrating the ability to build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers. Closing deals: Strong negotiation and closing skills with a demonstrated history of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Presentation skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to deliver compelling presentations to both small and large audiences. Strategic mindset: A strategic thinker who can identify growth opportunities, develop actionable plans, and execute them effectively. Analytical abilities: Proficient in data analysis and interpretation, using insights to make data-driven decisions and optimize sales strategies.
