Recruiting Specialist We’re seeking a **Recruiting Specialist** who is passionate about making a difference and driving impact. Help at Home is hiring an onsite Recruiting Specialist in our Bronx location! We offer weekly pay between $21‑23 an hour! Office hours Monday‑Friday 8:30 a.m.‑5:00 p.m. The office location is: 391 E 149th ST, Ste 314 & 315 Bronx, New York 10455. Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications. Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements and using a variety of reactive and proactive recruiting techniques. Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; comparing qualifications to job requirements. When applicable, arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules. Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications. Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; emphasizing benefits and perks. Meets and/or exceeds Recruiting Department and overall Organizational goals. Qualifications What You’ll Bring: Proficient computer skills, including MS Office. Professional communication and organization skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Education And Experience Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communication, or a relevant field preferred. High School Diploma or GED required. One (1) to two (2) years of previous experience. Prior experience in recruiting or talent acquisition preferred. Physical Requirements Sedentary – ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time. Ability to communicate effectively and clearly with others to exchange information.
