Vice President, Construction & Development - Remote

Salary: $50,000 - 70,000 per year Requirements:

• Proven experience leading highly complex, capital-intensive developments, often valued in the hundreds of millions, in data centers or related sectors such as healthcare, industrial, or semiconductor manufacturing
• Strong leadership, engineering judgment, and commercial acumen
• A track record of delivering data center capacity, measured in megawatts

• Lead regional data center projects from concept through completion
• Set strategic direction and oversee project budgets
• Drive rapid, high-value development across our growing footprint
