Our organization combines the agility of a scaling business with the discipline, governance, and long-term investment approach of a globally recognized public company.Finance plays a central role in driving performance and value, with the CFO actively leading financial strategy, operational decision-making, and alignment with public company governance, group reporting and audit expectations.Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly driven, hands-on Financial Controller to build and lead a best-in-class accounting function in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.This role is a critical partner to the CFO and operating leadership, responsible for delivering accurate, decision-ready financial; strengthening close, controls and reporting; and establishing the finance infrastructure needed to scale globally. The Controller will operate at the intersection of corporate leadership and international manufacturing operations, ensuring strong financial discipline while enabling speed and execution.This is an execution-focused leadership role for someone who thrives in a high-performance environment, balancing urgency, accountability, and compliance within a publicly traded framework.
