We’re currently looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team and play a critical part in our daily operations. This dynamic role is responsible for managing customer accounts receivable by accurately posting payments, reviewing account balances, and providing support for inquiries from both internal and external customers.Why Join Us?

What You’ll Do:
- Prepare invoices for accurate data entry
- Sort and match invoices with corresponding check requests
- Process and prepare accounts payable checks in a timely manner
- Review, code, and process vehicle maintenance invoices
- Reconcile vendor statements and address any discrepancies
- Communicate and respond to vendor inquiries promptly
- Address store inquiries and resolve any accounts payable issues efficiently
- Maintain organized filing systems for records
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the manager
What You Need:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Knowledge of accounts payable and general accounting procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant computer applications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy while multitasking effectively
- Must have confidential and ethical conduct
- Ability to regularly lift, push, or move 10 pounds; occasionally lift, push, or move 25 pounds
- Ability to routinely use standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines
