We are seeking a high-performing BFSI Sales Hunter with a proven track record of acquiring new logos and driving revenue growth across the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) industry. This role requires a proactive sales professional with strong industry relationships, consultative selling skills, and expertise in closing large enterprise deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business acquisition and generate revenue from targeted BFSI accounts.
- Identify, pursue, and close opportunities within Banking, Capital Markets, Insurance, FinTech, and Payments sectors.
- Build CXO-level relationships with decision-makers including CIOs, CTOs, Heads of Digital, and Procurement leaders.
- Develop strategic account plans and execute hunting strategies for new logo wins.
- Sell IT services, digital transformation, cloud, data, AI, automation, cybersecurity, and managed services solutions.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, solutioning, proposal creation, negotiations, and closures.
- Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and practice teams to create winning proposals.
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities in BFSI space.
- Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8+ years of enterprise sales / hunting experience in BFSI vertical.
- Strong network within Banks, Insurance firms, Asset Management, FinTech, or Payments companies.
- Proven success in selling IT services / digital / consulting solutions.
- Experience closing multimillion-dollar deals and managing complex sales cycles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presence.
- Strong understanding of BFSI domain trends, regulations, and technology landscape.
