Executive Assistant - Secret Clearance

Location: Onsite - Fort Belvoir, VA Description: Metric5 is currently seeking an Executive Assistant to join a growing team on an exciting opportunity with our DoD client. Our Executive Assistant will perform a variety of administrative duties to include providing front desk support, answering telephones, scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and maintaining records of documentation. You will also review, format, and edit as necessary, all formal documentation to include correspondence, reports, briefings, and memorandums. You will manage Government travel in Defense Travel System (DTS). Work is generally of a confidential nature. A successful candidate can support and communication with senior level military leaders and senior level government officials in a DoD or other Federal Government Agency IT environments. Required Experience: Minimum 2 + years relevant experience Proficiency in MS Office products including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project and Teams Excellent verbal communications skills Secret level security clearance required Desired Skills: Experience working in a PMO Experience as a contractor or federal employee with DoD SharePoint experience College degree Education: High School Diploma Years of Experience: 2 + years of experience or more Clearance: Must be a United States Citizen and hold a Secret Clearance (or higher) About Metric5 Metric5 is a small business with big company benefits.
