Admin AssistantWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support a document modernization initiative. This role is responsible for scanning, uploading, organizing, and maintaining a large volume of documents within designated SharePoint repositories to ensure accurate, secure, and accessible records management. The position requires a self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision.Key ResponsibilitiesScan, digitize, and upload large volumes of documents into designated SharePoint locations.Organize and categorize files according to established naming conventions and document management standards.Perform quality checks to ensure document accuracy, completeness, and proper storage.Maintain detailed tracking of document processing and storage activities.Identify and resolve file organization issues with minimal supervision.Support ongoing records management and document modernization efforts.Required QualificationsStrong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.Ability to work independently with little to no day-to-day direction.Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume, repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy.Dependable, proactive, and process-oriented.Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive documents appropriately.Preferred QualificationsExperience with SharePoint, document management systems, or electronic records management is preferred.A self-starter with strong time management skills.Everforth Apex is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
