Key Responsibilities

1. Develop new business opportunities with Japanese and non-Japanese corporate clients for IT solutions and services.
2. Manage and grow long-term relationships with key customer accounts.
3. Identify customer requirements and propose appropriate IT solutions and services.
4. Prepare proposals, quotations, and project plans aligned with customer needs.
5. Manage the complete sales cycle from business development through account management.
6. Coordinate meetings and communications with internal teams, customers, and external partners.
7. Act as the primary liaison between customers and internal technical teams.
8. Resolve customer issues and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
9. Prepare sales forecasts, account reports, and progress updates for management.
10. Manage relationships with vendors and business partners to support joint service delivery.
11. Support project coordination and technical resource planning for customer engagements.
12. Expand existing customer accounts by identifying additional business opportunities (Account Farming).

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Account Management, Business Development, or IT Solution Sales.
• Experience working directly with executive-level customers.
• Strong client-facing communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects while working independently.
• Experience collaborating with remote teams using collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, email, and chat applications.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
• Experience with vendor or partner management is highly preferred.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
