Benefits Coordinator - Retirement

plan structure. Partner with HR Operations, Finance, and business leadership to
Design and maintain salary structures, pay ranges, and job architecture
* Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local pay laws, including pay
equity
* Partner with HR and business leaders on job design and leveling
* Provide compensation guidance for hiring, promotions, and workforce planning Medical, dental, and vision
* Retirement (401(k))
* Evaluate program performance, utilization, and cost effectiveness
* Ensure compliance with plan documents and regulatory requirements Manage relationships with brokers, carriers, and third-party administrators
* Monitor vendor performance against service, cost, and compliance expectations Operations Partnership * Partner with HR Operations to ensure accurate and efficient execution Lead annual open enrollment planning and execution
* Reports to: SVP, General Counsel & Head of HR HR Operations, Finance, Operations Leadership Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, or related field
* Knowledge of compensation structures, benchmarking, and benefits regulations
* Experience with HRIS and payroll systems (UKG preferred)
