Employment Status: Full-time (40+Hrs./week + PTO and 5 paid mental health days, extended Christmas break with paid holidays); may require additional hours based on compliance and special projects; Health Insurance Stipend included after 90-day probationary period
Wage Category : Exempt
Base Salary range : $89,000-105,000.00 + Health Insurance Stipend after 90 day probationary period (*Salary range isbased on experience, education, and skillset)
Location: On-sight with a hybrid work week (4 days in-office, 1 day virtual), some nights and weekends expected
I. Job Description:The Director of Operations(DO) will supervise and guide staff while providing operational direction and financial/organizational oversight. Reporting to the Impact46 Executive Director (ED), the DO will have both internal and external facing responsibilities, ranging from program management (business development, framing key approaches, high quality participant delivery, program team management, and KPIS) to administration (organizational/program leadership, information technology, reporting, staff management/training, and facilities), and financial management (grants applications/management, reporting, donor development, and program partner development. The DO will also oversee, manage, and report LRC and Students46 financials and will be responsible for grant management, administration, and compliance. The DO will establish, develop, and nurture existing, incoming, and potential communitypartners and will serve in the place of the Impact46 Executive Director should they not be able to perform designated duties.

III. Job Requirements:• Proficiency in Google Drive and Microsoft Suite; Squarespace scheduling, (Document, client, referral, and organizational management)
• Assist the Impact46 ED with strategic planning and coordination of the organization’s programs, projects, and policy positions
• Work with Staff/Community Partners/Program Providers to execute LRC services
• Implementation of Intensive Case Management practices for LRC services
• Manage all program staff and provide organizational/strategic guidance on day-to-day operations
• Serve as the point of contact for all program partners, stakeholders and funders
• Lead weekly program staff meetings: reporting, staffing communication, expenditure/grant reports and forecasting
• Provide required operational and financial reports to the Impact46 ED
• Structure and lead teams to deliver outstanding client services
• Refine process and procedures to achieve continuous improvement and operational excellence
• Grant administration, management, and compliance
IV. Job Qualificationsa. Education: Bachelors Degree required, Masters Degree preferred
• Bachelors’ degree required. Advanced degree(s) in related areas preferred.
• Strong and experienced background in social service program development, youth development, homelessness prevention, change management and strategy execution is required.
• Experience directing, managing and leading social service teams in the execution of programs or strategies is required.
• Experience contributing in leading adoption strategies and tactics is preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience, including 4 year with supervisory responsibilities within nonprofit operations management

V. Essential Functions: Roles and ResponsibilitiesI. Program Management: Oversees and is accountable for the successful administration of the Lawrenceville Response Center and Students46 programs; leads and manages the program teams (Students46 and LRC)
a. Building/Operations Management:
i. Ensures all the policies of the organization are implemented, including financial, human capital, and program policies.
b. Service Programs: Maintains up-to-date knowledge of programs and trends. Monitors and evaluates theeffectiveness of and participation in programs and employs corrective strategies as needed.
i. Will oversee the fundraising/operational management for essential community develop programs that provide, but not limited to the following:
1. Homelessness prevention/Eviction Prevention
a. Program operations of the FIRST housing center
b. Securing, managing, and maintaining funding for homelessness prevention services, staffing, and operations
2. Relocation Projects:
a. Securing and negotiating contract terms/timeline
b. Serving as the Project Director to oversee the projects from start to finish
c. Budgeting and Financial management of the projects
3. FIRST Housing Center:
a. Oversees all staff services and operations
b. Grant compliance and Data collection/reporting
4. Students46 Programs:
a. Youth Council: Lawrenceville Legacy Leaders
b. Summer of Impact: Internship program
c. Love Lawrenceville Days
d. Engagement Summits
c. Development Team and Financial Oversight/Management:
i. Grant Management/Compliance:
1. Processing all program payments and providing monthly reports as requested/required
2. Drive the development, management, and monitoring of assigned operating budgets to meet or exceed targets. Assures a balanced operation and submits reports on current operations monthly.
3. Will serve as the organizational lead for all current/pending grants
II. Staff Development:i. Foster a climate of innovation and implement appropriate and effective strategies to ensure operational excellence
ii. Develops and designs high quality relationship-based staff engagement strategies to meet organizational objectives
iii. Ensures the implementation of the association’s risk management program to ensure safe facilities and programs for members, volunteers, and staff.
III. Board Involvement:i. Attend all Board and committee meetings
ii. Provide support documentation and reporting as requested
iii. Actively participate in board recruitment and onboarding process
iv. Provides feedback to strategic planning efforts and drives the annual operating plan
