VP Of Marketing

The RoleAs Vice President of Marketing, you will own the strategy for the marketing function and be accountable for its outcomes across website & SEO/AI search optimization, organic and paid social, email and marketing automation, PR and communications, content marketing, events and sponsorships, and employer branding.You will develop the annual marketing plan and budget, then lead the specialists, freelancers, and agency partners responsible for execution. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be a key member of the executive leadership team, participating in quarterly strategic planning alongside senior leaders to ensure marketing both supports and influences company-wide priorities.You will partner closely with the Chief Experience Officer (CXO), who owns brand identity, positioning, and website design, to bring the brand experience to life across all marketing channels. You'll also collaborate with New Business leadership to align campaigns, content, and go-to-market strategies with pipeline growth objectives.This is a true executive leadership opportunity for a strategic marketing leader who can set direction, influence organizational strategy, and drive measurable business results.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy, Leadership & Team DevelopmentOwn the annual integrated marketing strategy and budget across web, social, email, PR, content, events, and employer branding initiatives.Define and scale the marketing organization through a combination of direct hires, contractors, and agency partners.Establish marketing operating rhythms, planning cycles, reporting cadences, and budget management processes.Build reporting frameworks that connect marketing investments to pipeline generation, brand awareness, and business outcomes.Participate in executive strategic planning and contribute to broader company direction.Partner with executive leadership, including the CXO and New Business leaders, to align brand, marketing, and growth initiatives.Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Culver City, CA.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $200000.00 - $300000.00/yr.
