Receptionist & Administrative Assistant The Receptionist & Administrative Assistant serves as a key ambassador for the Texas A&M Foundation and is often the first point of contact for donors, visitors, and partners. This roleis responsible formanaging front desk operations, providing administrative support to the Engagement Services team, and delivering a polished, professional, anddonor-centricexperience for all audiences. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring smooth daily operations while supporting the Foundations mission through exceptional service, organization, and communication. WhatYoullDo As the Receptionist & Administrative Assistant, you will support daily operations and serve as the front-line representative of the Foundation. In this role, you will: Serve as the first point of contact by greeting guests and managing incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk environment Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls andassistingcallers as needed Coordinate building-related responsibilities, including opening and closing procedures Sort and distribute incoming mail and coordinate shipping and courier services Provide administrative support to the Engagement Services team, including scheduling andlogistics Coordinate conference room reservations and shared resources Assistwith financial administrative tasks and check receipt logs Support donor-related processes, including recognition and stewardship efforts Assistwithspecial eventsand provide backup support to the Engagement Services team as needed Maintainaccuratedocumentation andidentifyopportunities for process improvement What We Have to Offer Purpose:Our work connects donors to impact, advancing the mission of Texas A&M University.
