Head of Product, New Customer Experience & Onboarding

The Wrap

Gusto is seeking an experienced Head of Product, New Customer Experience, to own the entire onboarding and activation journey for new SMB customers. You will lead a team of PMs and partner with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, Sales and Finance to make onboarding feel guided and efficient, with AI enabling key steps.
