Job Description Job Description Accounts Payable Specialist (Full Cycle) Location: Phoenix, AZ (Onsite) Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pay: $24.00 to $26.00 per hour DOE Employment Type: Long Term Opportunity We are partnering with a well established organization in Phoenix that is seeking a detail oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team. This is a high volume, full cycle AP role within a professional corporate environment offering long term stability and an outstanding company culture. Key Responsibilities Process high volume accounts payable transactions from invoice receipt through payment Perform three way matching and verify invoice accuracy Review vendor contracts, service agreements, and purchase orders to ensure compliance with payment terms and requirements Interpret contract language related to invoicing, billing schedules, pricing, and payment obligations Code and enter invoices in SAP Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner Manage vendor communications and maintain positive relationships Assist with month end close activities, reporting, and account reconciliations Review and process expense reports Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Utilize Excel for data analysis, reporting, reconciliations, and AP tracking Qualifications 3+ years of full cycle accounts payable experience in a high volume environment Experience working in SAP required Strong Excel skills, including (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) Ability to read, interpret, and apply vendor contracts, payment agreements, and purchasing documentation Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong communication and problem solving abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment Manufacturing or logistics industry experience is highly preferred Pay Details $24.00 to $26.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
