Revere Staffing Partners is hiring on behalf of our client for a bilingual Admin/Receptionist position in a busy office environment in Woodbridge, CT. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity with the potential for permanent hire.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phones and greeting visitors
- Scheduling appointments and making outbound calls
- Assisting with paperwork and general office administration
- Data entry and filing documents
- Supporting daily office operations as needed
Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required
- Previous administrative or receptionist experience preferred
- Reliable transportation required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
