Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW working in our clinic, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to understand patients' individual needs and develop effective treatment plans.

• Administering various therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to each client’s preferences and requirements.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited university is required.

• A valid state-issued license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
