Key Responsibilities\n

• Implement mindfulness-based interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), to facilitate stress reduction and enhance overall client well-being.

• Guide clients through mindfulness exercises, meditation sessions, and breathing techniques aimed at promoting self-awareness, emotional regulation, and resilience.

• Organize and facilitate group workshops focusing on mindfulness practices and stress management strategies that engage clients in community building and collective growth.

• Incorporate mindfulness principles into individual therapy sessions, addressing a range of mental health concerns while nurturing clients’ personal development.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
