Hey Seven harnesses agentic AI for player development. We build Seven, an agentic AI host that talks to players 24/7, in any language, and acts within the guardrails each operator sets. Seven is live with real players, online and land-based.

We're a small team, backed by Bettor Capital, the leading VC in gaming, and other strategic gaming-focused investors. Our Executive Chairman is Rafi Ashkenazi, former CEO of The Stars Group.

The founding team brings tier-one casino operations and technology experience together, and you'd join early enough to shape how the company grows.

The role

\n

You own new revenue from online operators. You build the pipeline, run the pitch, and close signed customers. You also own the pre-sales materials that make every conversation faster.

\n

\n

What you'll do

\n

• Sign new online customers. That's the main number you're measured on.

\n

• Generate your own leads: map the online operator market, find the people who own VIP and retention, and open the first conversation.

\n

• Run the full cycle: discovery, pitch, proof-of-value, commercial terms, signature.

\n

• Lead our biggest deals at the operator's leadership level, and turn their own player data into a clear business case.

\n

• Shape the online go-to-market plan with Rafi Ashkenazi, our Executive Chairman: which markets and operators first, and how we win each.

\n

• Own the online pre-sales kit: decks, one-pagers, case material, product walkthroughs, proposal templates. Keep it current with the product and with what's working in the field.

\n

• Work with our product and delivery team so every deal you sign can go live on time.

\n

• Feed what you hear from the market back into the product roadmap.

\n

What you bring

\n

• 5+ years selling B2B into online gaming operators, with a record of closing enterprise deals. Gaming industry experience is a must.

\n

• A network among online operators' VIP, CRM and retention leaders.

\n

• You've sold technology, ideally data, AI or CRM products, and can explain it plainly to a commercial buyer.

\n

• You've closed long, regulated deals, with compliance reviews and vendor licensing along the way.

\n

• You build your own pipeline and move fast. No inherited book required.

\n

• You write and present well, and can turn a product into a sharp pitch.
