At Perfect Smile Dental Arts in Lynbrook, NY, we are seeking a full-time Office Administrator - Office Manager who can keep our business operations running like clockwork while ensuring every detail comes together flawlessly.

We offer competitive pay starting at $30 per hour , plus the potential for additional commissions. You'll also enjoy paid time off, discounted dental treatments, and opportunities for continuing education, along with other benefits designed to support your success.

Your schedule? Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, with just one Saturday shift per month. If you're ready to take the reins and make a difference, this is your chance!

QUALIFICATIONS THAT SET YOU APART

  • Experience: Previous experience in HR or a related business role is essential.
  • Skills: Demonstrated leadership ability, strong organizational skills, and keen attention to detail.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable working with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
  • Mindset: Highly proactive, resourceful, and skilled at solving problems independently.
  • Bonus: Prior experience in a managerial position will give you an advantage!

As our Office Administrator - Office Manager, you will:

  • Oversee financial responsibilities, including processing billing, managing insurance paperwork, and handling accounts payable.
  • Keep a close eye on budgets, monitor cash flow, and review financial reports to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
  • Look for ways to improve processes, offer constructive feedback, and help the team grow stronger.
  • Lead recruitment efforts, onboard new hires, and provide training to build a skilled, high-performing staff.
  • Ensure the entire office runs like a well-oiled machine, creating an environment where patients and employees thrive.
