Assistant Manager

About the Role As an Assistant Manager, you’ll help America Run on Dunkin’ through the day-to-day operations of our restaurants. You will assist the Restaurant Manager, ensuring that every shift operates smoothly. You’ll also assist with local store marketing to achieve sales and profit goals while helping team members through performance and training initiatives. Responsibilities Support the Restaurant Manager to ensure smooth operation of shifts. Assist with local store marketing to achieve sales and profit goals. Help team members through performance and training initiatives. Qualifications At least six months of retail, restaurant, or hospitality management experience. Minimum age 18 years (or higher per applicable law). Strong time‑management, attention to detail, and guest‑service skills. Willingness to start early at 4am and maintain open availability.
