Compensation Compensation: $130,000 - $140,000 / year Compensation: $130,000 - $140,000 / year Application Deadline Application Deadline: 13 October 2026 Department Department: Client Services / Project Location Location: New York Description The Account Director is responsible for managing the day-to-day business across client projects. This includes acting as the client’s trusted partner and point of contact for all new project briefs. The Account Director also converts briefs from Proposal to WIP while managing a project team, with the support of Imagination’s creative and production leads. Key Responsibilities Client Ability to build and grow strong client relationships, as well as displaying an understanding of the client business that allows us to help influencing their thinking Provide highly responsive client service ensuring very high levels of client satisfaction Manages reverse brief process with clients Propose new initiatives that help sustain and develop the account Effectively manage client communication, status updates and briefings to ensure the client is aware of delivery schedule Constantly looks for opportunities to grow their clients business Build relationships with your clients key external agencies Manages client project debrief process Will play either Client Lead or Project Lead on all projects Oversee a team of account managers and coordinators, providing them guidance and checking quality of work Creative / Project Play internal client at all stages of the project. You will come to be respected for your understanding of the client, their brand and their business priorities Design, understand and manage the scope and its deliverables lists Work closely with creative teams, production team and third party suppliers in developing briefs, timelines and running day-to-day the projects Design and collaborate on a workback schedule with all departments. Ensure deadlines are communicated internally and externally and delivered accurately Ensure internal departments have necessary information to execute on the deliverables list and communicate with clients on those needs Own agenda, meetings, client calls Work with Resource Management to manage client workload (current and forecast) Works closely with the specialized Production Leads in the delivery of projects #J-18808-Ljbffr
