Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations, utilizing evidence-based practices to understand clients' mental health challenges, and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.

• Provide individual therapy, employing a range of therapeutic modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to support client growth and well-being.

• Collaboratively establish therapeutic goals with clients, regularly monitor their progress, and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure continued development.

• Document all client interactions in adherence to HIPAA regulations, ensuring accurate record-keeping and reporting for continuity of care.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with the latest clinical practices and expand treatment capabilities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve serving a diverse range of clients, including adults and children, from various cultural and socio-economic backgrounds. You will work with individuals experiencing issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and more. Your ability to empathize and connect with clients, along with fostering trust, will be paramount in effectively guiding them through their therapeutic journey.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Illinois.

• A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience working in mental healthcare, with a focus on therapy services.

• Demonstrated experience in treating child, adolescent, and adult populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
