Work Environment

The role requires working primarily in home care settings, where you will provide personalized therapy services directly within the community. Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient conditions and design custom therapy plans aimed at improving strength and mobility.

• Work directly with up to 7 patients per shift, delivering focused and attentive care.
• Educate patients and their families about therapy techniques, expected outcomes, and ongoing care strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment interventions following regulatory guidelines.
• Actively contribute to team meetings to discuss treatment plans and share insights on patient care.

Compensation and Benefits
