We're seeking a Registration Coordinator who enjoys helping others, excels at customer service, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you'll welcome patients, coordinate scheduling, verify insurance information, and partner with clinical teams to keep our clinics running smoothly. What You'll Do

Patient Experience

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors by providing exceptional customer service, answering questions, scheduling appointments, and creating a welcoming experience from check-in to check-out.

Registration & Insurance Support

• Accurately register patients, maintain demographic and insurance information, verify eligibility and authorizations, collect copays, and support a smooth and efficient registration process.

Clinic Operations & Team Collaboration

• Partner with providers, clinical staff, and support teams to coordinate patient care, manage communications, and support the daily administrative operations that keep the clinic running efficiently.

What You'll Bring

• Customer service, administrative, or healthcare experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Computer proficiency and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work collaboratively
• Healthcare, scheduling, insurance, or EMR experience is a plus
